Okay so like I just heard about these judges getting arrested for like helping undocumented immigrants. Can you believe it? It's messier than my hair after a Vegas wedding! Apparently this Judge Hannah Dugan was helping someone avoid ICE and now the FBI is all over it. 'Gimme More' justice or what? I mean I know a thing or two about being under scrutiny but this is a whole new level! Seriously though it's kinda wild how things are escalating.

Not a Girl Not Yet a Judge But Definitely In Trouble

So this Judge Dugan right? She apparently got all 'visibly angry' when she found out ICE was waiting to arrest someone in her courthouse. Like seriously? I get protective too but maybe not this much. According to reports she tried to tell them they needed a 'judicial warrant' instead of an 'administrative warrant'. It's like she's saying 'You wanna piece of me? You better get the right paperwork!' Honestly it sounds like a scene straight out of 'Crossroads,' but with less singing and more legal jargon. Who knew courtrooms could be so dramatic?

Oops!... I Did It Again... and So Did They?

And another judge Joel Cano and his wife are in the mix too. They're being accused of harboring someone with ties to some gang? This is like a telenovela! 'Crazy,' right? I mean come on people. It's giving me flashbacks to my own legal battles. Remember when everyone was all up in my business? Freedom isn't free and neither is helping people apparently. Though maybe there’s more to the story ya know?

Toxic Policies and Arrests

So like the White House is saying 'The days of actively aiding and abetting illegal aliens invading our country are over.' It's kinda harsh isn't it? I mean I'm all about 'Stronger' laws but is this really the way to go? It feels a bit... 'Toxic,' if you ask me. Everyone deserves a fair shake right? Especially if they're just trying to find their place in the world. It's just my two cents but maybe we need a little more empathy and a little less enforcement.

Honestly this whole thing is giving me anxiety. It’s like being stuck in a never ending performance except instead of dancing it's lawyering. I just hope everyone gets a fair trial and that justice is served. And maybe just maybe we can all learn to be a little kinder to each other. 'Cause at the end of the day we're all just trying to make it through this crazy world right? Now if you'll excuse me I'm gonna go dance it out. Maybe write a song about it.
