Houston We Have a Problem (or Several)

Alright people Agent J here. You wouldn't BELIEVE the kinda mess I gotta clean up these days. It ain't always aliens tryin' to steal our cable or oversized cockroaches with a craving for sugar water. Sometimes it's just plain old human sized screw ups but trust me they can be just as messy. This time it's about some poor soul a fella from Guatemala who got bounced to Mexico when he shouldn't have been. Kinda like sending Will Smith back to West Philadelphia when he should be chilling in Bel Air. Wrong destination wrong vibe.

Error Error Does Not Compute!

So apparently the Trump administration dropped the ball on this one. Big time. They claimed this fella wasn't afraid to go to Mexico but turns out that was a bigger lie than a pug in a beauty contest. The Justice Department themselves had to admit they messed up! Like Kay always says 'A person is smart. People are dumb panicky dangerous animals.' And this whole situation? Proof positive.

Judge Dredd vs. the Deportation Machine

This Judge Murphy guy though? He wasn't havin' any of it. Called the whole thing a 'horror.' And trust me I've seen some real horrors. This ain't some giant Edgar bug about to chow down on New York but it's a different kind of ugly. The kind that makes you wonder if some folks got their neuralyzers set to 'forget' instead of 'erase'.

Deportation Nation and its Unintended Consequences

Now this ain't the first time this administration has been called out for their shall we say 'enthusiastic' approach to deportations. Seems like they're so busy tryin' to kick everyone out they forgot to read the fine print. It's like they're usin' a Neuralyzer on themselves before making decisions. Gotta love the irony. As the judge said due process is a binary you get it or you don't. This dude didn't.

Mexico Guatemala Same Difference? (Not Really)

Turns out our Guatemalan friend had a real reason to be nervous about Mexico. I ain't gonna get into the details but let's just say it involved some folks who weren't exactly rollin' out the welcome wagon. This ain't just about paperwork folks. This is about someone's life. I've seen aliens with more empathy than some of these bureaucrats.

Mission: Bring Him Home

So the good news is the judge ordered the administration to get this guy back. His lawyers are 'elated,' which is lawyer speak for 'we're gonna make sure they pay for this.' Hopefully this dude can finally catch a break. And maybe just maybe the folks in charge will learn to double check their facts before they start shipping people around like unwanted packages. Agent J out. Remember watch the skies... and maybe your government paperwork.
