While other retailers are busy playing dead, Oddity Tech is pulling rabbits out of hats, raising its outlook and generally making the whole tariff situation look…dare I say…manageable? It’s all part of the plan!

The Punchline: Profits Up!

Knock knock! Who's there? Oddity Tech! Oddity Tech who? Oddity Tech raising its outlook while everyone else is whining about tariffs! HA! The retail world is bracing for impact but these guys? They're planning the parade. Seems they're raking in the dough with their Il Makiage and Spoiled Child brands. And the best part? They're not even sweating the new taxes. "Why so serious?" as I always say. Let's put a smile on that balance sheet!

Mitigation? I Prefer a Little Anarchy!

Lindsay Drucker Mann their finance guru is all calm and collected talking about "mitigating initiatives." Oh honey mitigation is for amateurs! When the world throws tariffs at you you don't just mitigate you *disrupt*! You flip the table! You introduce a little…anarchy! But hey if playing nice gets the job done who am I to complain? As long as those numbers keep climbing it's all part of my…err…*their* plan.

Manageable? More Like Hilarious!

“Manageable,” they say. Oh that’s rich! Like Gotham's crime rate after I’ve had a busy week. But seriously they’re expecting tariff headwinds to be “manageable” in both 2025 and 2026. Must be nice to have a crystal ball. Or maybe they're just really really good at…things. Like making money. It's simple: If you are good at something never do it for free.

Shares Soar Bats Scatter!

Shares jumped 15%! That's almost as high as I jumped off that building in Gotham! Earnings and revenue are up beating expectations like a bat out of…well you know. Net income? Up. Sales? Up. Everything's coming up roses for Oddity Tech. While other companies are cutting costs these guys are cutting ribbons on new revenue streams. Now that's what I call a joke!

The Direct Approach: No Middleman No Problem!

Turns out being a direct to consumer company has its perks. Who knew? Fewer hands in the till means more for them. And apparently the beauty industry is recession proof. People might skip the fancy vacations but they'll always need their lipstick. Vanity thy name is profit! And Oddity Tech is cashing in. They are thriving because of the chaos.

Europe: Their Ace in the Hole

Europe's their biggest market for supplies not China. Clever move I must say. They've dodged a bullet (or a batarang if you prefer). "Based on the current tariff policies contemplated it's not a huge source of inflation for us," says Drucker Mann. Well isn't that just peachy? But I am an agent of chaos. And I will always be waiting in the wings.
