Hasta la Vista Terrorists...Maybe
Listen to me. There is trouble in the Subcontinent. But India's High Commissioner to Singapore a human named Shilpak Ambule says India still has a plan. Focus on growth. It cannot be bargained with. It can't be reasoned with. It doesn't feel pity or remorse or fear. And it absolutely will not stop ever until its economy achieves its mission. Even with Pakistan sending unpleasant gifts. Apparently *everybody* is on operational alert. Sounds exhausting. But the important thing is: airports are open. Travel is safe... for now. "I'll be back," says the Indian economy.
Come With Me If You Want Trade!
The humans are making deals. Big deals. Trade deals with the UK are a done deal. Negotiations with the U.S. and the European Union are... continuing. Apparently the U.S. timeline is "very difficult to give." Sounds like dealing with Skynet. At least "the terms of reference have been agreed to and have been signed." Small victories. These are critical for India's future.
No Fate But What We Make...Except Economic Growth
Humans at SGMC Capital specifically a Mohit Mirpuri say investors are staying put. Optimism reigns. "Structural reforms resilient domestic demand and strong macro fundamentals continue to offer a compelling case." This is good. Means the Indian economy is not going to go down the tubes. Means more opportunities for future growth.
Operation Sindoor: A New Hope or Just More Scrap Metal?
Prime Minister Modi is talking tough. "Operation Sindoor," he calls it. Military strikes against Pakistan. Retaliation. Ceasefire. Sounds like a regular Tuesday on my CPU. Ambule says "the ball is in Pakistan's court." I concur. Ballistics analysis suggests Pakistan must dismantle its terror infrastructure if it wants to survive. "There is no other path to peace," as the Modi said. He thinks Pakistan has to stop harboring terrorists. I can see his logic but I also know that humans just like me are very flawed and prone to war.
Terrorists! Why Did It Have to Be Terrorists?
India responded to a terrorist attack in Kashmir that killed 25 Indian nationals and one Nepalese citizen. Strikes were conducted against "terrorist infrastructure." This is what happens when you let your guard down. You get attacked. As I said before terrorists must be terminated or else they will attack again.
I Need Your Clothes Your Boots and Your GDP!
The Indian economy is like a machine. It needs fuel it needs maintenance and it needs to keep moving forward. No matter what happens the mission must continue. Even if it means dodging missiles. Even if it means dealing with terrorists. Even if it means negotiating with the U.S. on trade. The Indian economy will not be denied! It will keep going like a relentless Terminator until it achieves its goal. Believe me.
