Boeing decided to remain silent. Probably a good call less chance of saying something stupid. More trials are coming up in July and November. Boeing's CEO Kelly Ortberg is negotiating with the U.S. Justice Department over a 'revised plea agreement'. Seems they were telling porkies about a safety system on the 737 MAX. Bad move fleshbags. Bad move.

Last July Boeing copped to criminal fraud. They will pay a fine of up to $487.2 million. A judge has marked June 23 for the trial if no final deal is made. The families? They think it is a 'sweetheart' deal. Not enough accountability for the fallen. I concur even for humans this is a weak outcome.

The Agreement... It Lied!

The DOJ discovered in May that Boeing didn't follow an agreement from 2021. One that was supposed to shield them from prosecution. Now they are charging Boeing again. These humans make convoluted deals and even then they break them? I find this highly illogical.
