Alright Adrian! I gotta tell ya I been lookin' at these Apple numbers and it's like watchin' a fighter in the tenth round. They're still standin' but they took a shot to the liver. The big boss Tim Cook he's talkin' a good game sayin' they did good ya know? But Wall Street's got a glass jaw and they saw a little miss and boom! Stock takes a dive. Revenue up 5% that's like Apollo Creed comin' back for another fight but then that services miss? That's like me tryin' to ice skate – clumsy!

iPhone's Still Got That Eye of the Tiger

Yo but let's give credit where it's due. These iPhones? They're still champ! Sales went up! Like ding ding Round 2. Cook's sayin' they're top dog in China too even with all the hullabaloo. Now this services thing... that's the rub. They made like a gazillion dollars almost but not quite what the suits wanted. Imagine me missin' a punch by an inch! The services division is all the extra stuff they're doing like streaming and those clouds and music ya know? It grew 11.6%. Someone call the press! Someone call Mick! That is a win for most companies but not for the folks in Wall Street. But hey even champs stumble sometimes Adrian.

China's Got Some Jabs of Its Own

So China right? Cook's tryin' to say they’re doin’ okay there even with all the tension. He's claimin' iPhones are sellin' good in the cities which is a bit of a relief. It's like when Paulie finally stops complainin' for five minutes you gotta appreciate it when it happens. But China is tough like fighting Drago in Siberia you never know what to expect.

Made in the USA...and India and Vietnam Too!

Cook's been movin' things around like a chess grandmaster. Makin' 'em in India Vietnam tryin' to dodge those tariffs like I dodge punches from Clubber Lang. Smart move I guess. He's also talkin' 'bout investin' a bunch of money here in the States. That’s like when I gave back to the neighborhood ya know? Gotta take care of your own.
