Okay besties so I woke up this morning and saw that HUGE parts of Spain and Portugal had a power outage. Like what is this the Stone Age? Red Electrica the Spanish power grid operator is running around like a headless chicken trying to fix it. You know like when I try to build in Fortnite and fail miserably? Yeah that kind of energy.

E Redes to the Rescue? Or Maybe Just More Confusion?

E Redes another Spanish electricity company chimed in saying they're working on fixing things 'in phases.' What does that even MEAN? Are we talking like phases of the moon? Because I'm pretty sure the moon isn't going to power my streaming setup anytime soon. They even said it's a 'wider European problem.' Girl don't try to drag everyone else into this mess! Own up to your... powerlessness! (Pun intended of course.)

Madrid's Metro Mayhem: Evacuations and Traffic Jams Oh My!

Apparently part of the Madrid underground was being evacuated. Can you imagine being stuck in the subway during a power outage? It's like a real life horror movie except instead of zombies you have hangry commuters. And traffic jams? Madrid's city center was a parking lot because the traffic lights went kaput. Honestly I'd rather face a horde of simps than deal with that traffic.

Lisbon and Porto: Metro's Closed Trains Grounded!

Over in Portugal things weren't any better. Traffic lights were out nationwide the metro in Lisbon and Porto shut down and trains were like 'Nah I'm good.' I bet there were some serious 'rip bozo' moments happening on those platforms. Talk about a bad day to forget your charger.

The REAL Question: How Will They Stream?

Okay but seriously what's a streamer to do when the power goes out? No Twitch no YouTube no doom scrolling through Twitter? It's like being trapped in a nightmare! I guess they'll have to resort to... *gasp*... talking to people in real life. The horror!

Is This a Sign? Time for a Streaming Break?

Maybe this power outage is a sign. Maybe we all need to unplug touch some grass and remember what life was like before the internet. Or you know maybe they should just fix the damn power grid so I can get back to streaming. Just sayin'. Gotta get back to simping for senpais.
