Here's the tea: The tax bill also has restrictions on using materials from certain foreign entities mainly China. So even if you wanna build solar projects here you can't get your glass or lithium from overseas without losing tax credits. It's basically a backhanded way of kneecapping the whole industry. This will hurt us. This will hurt the planet. So why are you even trying to ruin things for everyone?! Please just stop.

Okay okay not all hope is lost! Some Republican senators are pushing back against the bill so maybe just maybe they'll soften the blow. Apparently 81% of clean energy investment has gone to Republican districts! Like hello? Wake up! But honestly no one wants to see a world where we are all using gas when we can be getting our energy needs from the sun and wind. Come on guys lets make sure we are on the right side of history here and save the planet and stop the madness.
