Believe It! Microsoft Wins Big Against FTC: No Jutsu on Activision Deal!

Dattebayo! The FTC's Shadow Clone Jutsu Failed!

Okay okay listen up! Naruto Uzumaki here reporting live! So this whole thing with Microsoft trying to snag Activision Blizzard for like a GAZILLION Ryo... I mean dollars... it's been a bigger battle than the Fourth Shinobi World War! The Federal Trade Commission those guys are like the ANBU Black Ops of the business world tried to pull a fast one and block the deal. They thought Microsoft was gonna use some kinda Sharingan mind control on the gaming market! But guess what? Their Shadow Clone Jutsu failed! Believe it!

Rasengan! Court Sides With Microsoft!

Turns out the San Francisco based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals – those guys sound important like the Five Kage all rolled into one – they didn't buy the FTC's argument. They said the FTC couldn't prove Microsoft was gonna be all sneaky and restrict competition. It’s like trying to convince Iruka sensei that I didn’t prank the Hokage monument… impossible! They basically told the FTC 'You got no proof! Rasengan!' and blew their case away!

Even Sakura chan Couldn't Heal This Loss!

The FTC's spokesperson was all quiet after the ruling. You know like Shikamaru when he actually has to *do* something. Microsoft on the other hand didn't even need to say anything! Their victory was louder than my stomach after a ramen eating contest with Choji! Seriously this is bigger than me finally becoming Hokage... well almost!

The Quest for Activision's Treasure

This whole deal is about Microsoft trying to get their hands on 'Call of Duty' and all those other awesome Activision games. It's like trying to collect all the Tailed Beasts! The FTC was worried Microsoft would become too powerful like Madara Uchiha with the Ten Tails. They filed lawsuits and all sorts of ninja tricks to stop it but it wasn’t enough.

UK Said 'Yes' Believe It!

Even after all the drama here the UK gave the deal the thumbs up! It's like when Kakashi sensei finally approves of one of our missions! All that international back and forth though it was a real pain. Like trying to understand what Jiraiya sensei was *really* writing about! Bottom line? The deal closed. Microsoft got Activision. It’s a done deal. Believe it!

Next Hokage Dreams!

So what does this all mean? Well for one I'm gonna go play 'Call of Duty' on Xbox! Maybe I can use some ninja tactics to get a super high score. And who knows maybe one day I’ll be so rich I can buy a whole video game company myself! Then I'll *really* be Hokage of the gaming world! Believe it!
