We're a team! Gomu Gomu no… TEAMWORK!

Ambition: Head in the Clouds Feet on the Ground (But Still Reachin' for the Treasure!)

This other CEO Zig Serafin from Qualtrics is all about ambition! He wants people who dream BIG like findin' the One Piece! But he also wants 'em to do their daily chores like Usopp fixin' the ship. He says if you just talk about new ideas all the time without doin' anything or if you're just plain lazy you won't last long. Gotta balance those big dreams with hard work! It's like me: I wanna be King of the Pirates but I also gotta eat all the meat on the table!

The STAR Method: Not as Shiny as Nami's Eyes But Still Useful!

So how do you show these CEOs you're the real deal? Some smart people at Harvard say to use the STAR method. It's like this: S is for Situation – what problem did you face? T is for Task – what did you have to do? A is for Action – what did YOU do? And R is for Result – what happened in the end? It's like tellin' a story about how you helped defeat a big bad guy! Just don't forget to mention the meat feast afterwards!

Intellectual Curiosity: Like a Buggy Chasing Treasure!

Then there's this Michael Ramlet guy from Morning Consult. He's lookin' for folks who are super curious especially about this AI thing. He says with all these new gadgets we still need people who can ask the right questions. Like me tryin' to figure out where the next adventure is!
