Hey it's me Luffy! King of the Pirates... eventually! I heard some boring news about how some folks called 'Americans' aren't going on as many adventures this summer. Turns out just like how I need meat they need 'money' to travel. SHISHISHI! Without treasure even going to the next island is tough! Bankrate – sounds like a place Usopp would try to rob – says less people are planning vacations because they’re broke. I get it! Even stealing treasure isn't always easy!

Meat vs. Everyday Life?!

So these guys are saying everyday life is more expensive than vacations! What?! So you mean to tell me there are people who would rather spend money on stuff other than exploring the world? Everyday life better include a LOT of meat! Apparently most people are more concerned about being able to afford the cost of everyday life than for vacation. That sounds crazy to me since who knows when the world will end! We got to live a little.

I heard some smart guy called Ted Rossman at Bankrate. He's saying some scary stuff like 'recession' and 'tariffs' are making people wait before planning any big trips! What is recession anyway is it like having no food or like facing Admiral Akainu or something?! They don't wanna waste their money if things go belly up! I'd rather charge in full speed ahead like Gomu Gomu no Rocket!

Corporate America's a Jerk!

The news says some people can't travel because their bosses are jerks! They want everyone back in the office! Can you believe it? It's like Buggy trying to keep me from getting to Raftel! SHISHISHI! Don't let the Man bring you down follow your dreams. It's like when you have to fight for your freedom or the One Piece you got to do it.

Flying Fiasco: More Scarier Than Doflamingo

Even worse there are people scared to fly because planes are acting up! What?! Are they fighting each other in mid air like Zoro and Sanji?! Or like the time i fought with Bellamy? Okay I can understand being nervous about that. It's like facing Kaido – scary stuff! I'd rather use the Going Merry! At least she can't fall out of the sky.. or can she?

Okay this news is getting confusing. Apparently even though everyone is worried people are still spending more money than in 2019 whatever happened then!
