Okay so like I'm totally not an economics expert (duh!) but basically Trump was threatening to slap these HUGE tariffs on Europe. Fifty percent! Can you even imagine? It's like if you wanted a Birkin but it suddenly cost 50% more. Major bummer! Anyway everyone was freaking out because you know money makes the world go round – and I love my money!

Stoxx 600 is Groovy Baby!

So get this: the pan European Stoxx 600 (try saying that five times fast!) was actually UP. Like 0.9%. That's like a whole Kylie Lip Kit's worth of profit! Everything was like green across the board which is always a good look. Even better than that green Kylie Swim collection... Okay maybe not *that* good.

French & German Markets are Thriving...Goals!

The French CAC 40 and Germany's DAX were like slaying! Up 1% and 1.5% respectively. Werk! That's like me after a fresh lip injection – totally plumped and ready to go! Too bad the U.K. was off having a bank holiday. Missed out on all the fun! Coulda been chillin' on my yacht sippin' lemonade.

Vroom Vroom! Car Stocks Make a Comeback!

Okay so the auto stocks were having a meltdown earlier down 3%! Total drama! But then like they rebounded. Probably because everyone realized they need a cute car to drive around in even if it means paying a little extra. I mean you can't be caught dead in a *basic* car right? BMW Mercedes Benz Volkswagen... all up! We love a comeback story!

Zealand Pharma? More Like 'Zealand *Pharma YES*!'

So this company Zealand Pharma was like killing it! Their shares went up almost 9%! Apparently some analyst thinks they're super undervalued and honestly I love an underdog story. Plus their product is for obesity. And you know I love my figure…not that I need it!

Trump's Twitter Finger vs. Reality!

Okay so Trump like threatened these tariffs on Truth Social (lol). Classic! But then after a chat with some important European lady he like *delayed* them. Typical! Honestly it's all a bit of a rollercoaster. But hey at least it gives us something to talk about over our matcha lattes. Remember when I said 2016 was the year of realizing things?
