Solar Power? More Like Solar *SADNESS*!

Okay so like I heard the Senate is trying to ditch renewable energy incentives and the solar companies are NOT happy. Enphase Energy First Solar Sunrun SolarEdge Technologies OMG they all dropped. Like major sad face. I'm no financial advisor but that sounds like a major glow down. Maybe they should invest in Kylie Cosmetics? Just sayin'.

Gene Editing? More Like Gene *WINNING*!

But like not all the news is a total vibe killer! Verve Therapeutics is getting acquired by Eli Lilly for a HUGE amount. Like a 67.5% premium. Can you even imagine?! That’s like when I sold my Kylie Cosmetics stake – except like gene editing instead of lip kits. I’m not sure what gene editing does. Maybe like edits your genes? Sounds cool! Either way major congrats to them!

Roku is Giving Major Boss Babe Energy!

Roku’s doing great! They got upgraded and their stock is like totally popping. Plus they teamed up with Amazon? Smart! They’re reaching like 80 million households. That’s a bigger audience than my Instagram following! Just kidding... kinda.

Microsoft and OpenAI: Drama Alert!

Okay I heard Microsoft and OpenAI are like fighting. Sources say tensions are at a boiling point. TBH I don't even understand all of this AI stuff. But like I'm sure they'll figure it out. Remember when Kendall and I had that Pepsi fiasco? We got through it! These things happen!

Lennar is Building More Than Just Houses!

Lennar is killing it with their revenue! They beat expectations. Looks like people are still buying houses. I of course have several. Location location location am I right?!

T Mobile: Can You Hear Me Now? (and the Softbank sale!)

So T Mobile like had a little dip because Softbank sold a bunch of shares. 4.8 Billion Dollars! But like I am sure T Mobile will bounce back! They always do.
