As if a corporation driven by greed understands loyalty. The audacity! They question why Amazon didn't highlight Biden's inflationary woes. This is a political game of blaming the other like the Olympians blaming me for their problems. "Another reason Americans should buy American," they bleat. Bah! As if the source of the product matters. Only its strength its utility matters. Though I remember the warmth of the forge... and the chilling betrayal that followed.

The shares of this Amazon dipped a mere 2% shudder before noon. A pathetic display. The market like the gods is fickle. It rewards and punishes without reason. But the stock recovered. A shallow wound not enough to draw blood. Let them feel the pain of a thousand cuts before they boast. 'I am giving you an opportunity to die with honor!' is what I would tell Zeus.

An Amazon 'spokesperson' – a creature of corporate doublespeak – claims they only 'considered' listing tariffs on Amazon Haul their low cost garbage pile. Never for the main site! 'Never approved,' they squawk. 'Not going to happen.' Like the gods denying their own machinations. Commerce Secretary Lutnick calls it a 'good move'. Empty words. They hide their true intentions just like the Aesir.
Leavitt's Wrath! A Fury Unleashed!
Leavitt some mouthpiece of this White House claims she spoke to Trump about Amazon. 'Not a surprise' she says echoing some nonsense about Reuters and Chinese propaganda. They accuse Amazon of partnering with the enemy of removing book reviews. Hypocrites! Alliances shift like the sands of the desert. They make these accusations with such fury. I wonder if they have ever been truly tested.
Tariff Wars! Paying the Price!
Apparently retailers Shein and Temu have added massive surcharges. Temu dares to show an 'import charge' of 145%! The nerve! Such a heavy price to pay. Leavitt's rage hints at a rift between Trump and Bezos who was once in Trump's good graces. Politics are like the blades of Chaos tearing apart bonds with every swing. Bezos kissed the ring donating a million to Trump's inaugural fund. He even forced his Washington Post to defend 'free markets'. PATHETIC! I was never one for politics always made a mess of it.
Betrayal Confirmed? Echoes of the Past!
The news article mentions Amazon's merchants increasing prices due to Trump's tariffs especially the 145% on China. They email sellers gauging the damage. This is a betrayal to those merchants. Is Bezos still a Trump supporter? Leavitt refuses to comment only reiterating Amazon's 'hostile and political action'. This is just another day to them but to me these petty squabbles are the whispers of the fates. 'The cycle ends here. We must be better than this.'
