Accio Shampoo Bottles!

Honestly sometimes Muggles surprise me. I mean they haven't quite figured out how to vanish things properly (it's *Wingardium Levi O sa* not Levio SAH honestly!) but this Charlie Rudkin Wilson is onto something brilliant. Forget precious metals and enchanted artifacts she's turning old shampoo bottles and Nesquik milkshake pots into Vogue worthy homewares! As I always say 'When in doubt go to the library.' And clearly she's been doing her research on how to tackle the Muggle world's plastic problem.

The Greek's Glamorous Glow Up

Imagine a yogurt pot reborn as a rather fetching soap dish! She calls one of her creations "The Greek," – a blue toned soap dish made from grocery store yogurt and porridge pots. It's a far cry from the enchanted soaps we have at Hogwarts I'll admit but the ingenuity is rather admirable even if it lacks a bit of magical sparkle. £16 for a 'Greek' soap dish is a steal; spells to clean myself are free!

From Landfill to Luxe

It seems Ms. Rudkin Wilson is on a mission to change how Muggles see plastic. And judging by her partnerships with the likes of Fortnum & Mason and features in *Vogue* she's making quite a splash! She is giving plastic waste a new form and meaning. It seems “Nitwit! Blubber! Oddment! Tweak!” is not what people should be thinking when it comes to waste and trash.

Recycling Realities: A Right Mess

The current approach to recycling is frankly rubbish – a sentiment I believe even Ron Weasley could articulate eloquently. 85% of plastic packaging ends up in landfills and the UK is exporting its plastic waste like so many unwanted Bludgers. It's an 'out of sight out of mind' approach that would make even a Slytherin blush! This Müll.Club might be the solution.

Pandemic Innovation: Necessity is the Mother of Invention!

Rudkin Wilson launched her business during the pandemic starting with refillable bottles and a recycling hub. The soap dish – now Müll.Club's best selling product – was her first experiment. "I wanted something that was beautiful to look at but that drained properly that your soap didn't stick on," she said. See even Muggles appreciate a bit of practicality mixed with aesthetics. It reminds me of the Room of Requirement at Hogwarts always providing exactly what you need!

The Future is Plastic (But Make it Fashion!)

Müll.Club is expanding dreaming of furniture made from donated plastic and seeking investment to grow. They've even worked with Lush and a luxury car brand! Ms. Rudkin Wilson wants companies to take responsibility for their waste. I say 'hear hear!' Perhaps if more Muggles embraced this kind of inventive thinking we could finally solve this environmental pickle! Who knows maybe I'll even invest; after all I do have a *slight* advantage when it comes to acquiring galleons...

Finally, a recycling solution that's both eco-friendly and aesthetically pleasing.

This is exactly the kind of innovation we need to combat plastic waste.
