And what happens? *BOOM* Tesla stock tumbles faster than Ron Weasley falling off his broomstick during Quidditch practice. Really it's basic economics!

Musk is calling this new venture the 'America Party,' and the idea is to meddle—ahem—*influence* key Senate and House races. He believes this will ensure laws serve the 'true will of the people.' While I appreciate a good civic duty as much as the next witch (especially when it involves waving a wand to fix things) diving into politics isn't always the best look is it? Remember what happened with Voldemort? Political ambition does not always end well!

Now let's not forget Musk's past dalliances with politics. Remember his time with the Department of Government Efficiency and his cozy relationship with President Trump? It seems that everything has turned into a right mess! Trump even called Musk's new party 'ridiculous.' It's all rather messy isn't it? One might even call it a 'nasty business' indeed.

According to Dan Ives at Wedbush Securities Tesla investors are about as thrilled as Dobby when he receives socks (in the wrong context of course!). Apparently they're experiencing a 'sense of exhaustion' over Musk's political dabbling. You know sometimes I think people forget that actions have consequences. It's not just about saying 'Wingardium Leviosa'; you have to consider the *whole* spell!
