Wake Me When You Need Me (to Buy Low)

Cortana remind me to check my Mjolnir armor's warranty after this market crash. Seems like everyone's panicking like they've just seen a Flood infection form! Stocks are down folks are selling and some guy named Trump is apparently playing tariff games. All three major averages took a beating especially the tech sector. Reminds me of the time I lost my shields against a Hunter pair – not a good look. Everyone's playing it safe but where's the fun in that? Time to lock and load some cheap stocks.

Technical Analysis: More Like Tech NO Analysis!

Now some eggheads are using something called 'technical analysis.' Sounds like something the Covenant cooked up to analyze Forerunner tech… and probably just as reliable! Apparently if a stock's 'Relative Strength Index' (RSI) is below 30 it's 'oversold' and ready to bounce back. Kind of like me after a long firefight – needs a good rest and some serious rearming. This is for quick trading not finding the next Halo installation.

GE Healthcare: Need Healing? Buy This Stock!

First up we got GE Healthcare. RSI of 10.4 – that's practically comatose! But analysts think it could jump 59%. Goldman Sachs even upgraded it saying sales in China are stabilizing. China? Now that's a long way from Earth. They also believe GE can dodge those pesky tariffs. Apparently a faster turnaround and profit leverage can offset the tariff risk. Sounds like some serious financial jujitsu. 'As is the case across global MedTech' what does that even mean?

Seagate Technology: Data Storage and Potential Riches

Next Seagate Technology with an RSI of 13. Analysts are seeing a potential 79% rally. Someone at Morgan Stanley even called it a top pick! They say data growth is driving storage demand. More data than a Forerunner archive! This guy Woodring believes we are in the middle of a cycle upturn. What ever that means. If that's not enough to make you break out the energy sword and start investing I don't know what is. 'STX benefits from accelerating data growth which drives storage demand in the cloud and [on premises]' even Cortana is having trouble wrapping her head around this one.

Overbought Stocks: Time to Short Circuit?

On the flip side we've got stocks that are 'overbought'. These are the ones everyone's piling into thinking they're safe from the trade war. But according to these technical metrics they're due for a fall. Reminds me of thinking the Covenant were all dead after Halo 3. Never assume anything. Especially when it comes to markets.

Monster Beverage and American Tower: Avoid the Hype?

Monster Beverage has an RSI of 76 with a potential 5% downside. I rather drink UNSC nutrient paste than Monster Beverage. Something about strong dollar driven top and bottom line growth will outpace their competitors. Also American Tower made the list RSI of 77 with an upside of just 1%. If you are looking for quick money you are not going to find it here. Morgan Stanley assumed overweight rating. I would rather be overshielded not overweighted.
