Yabba Dabba Doo! United Airlines Gets Swankier Than Bedrock Estates!

Great Gazoo! A Lounge Fit for a King (or at Least a Dino Crane Operator)!

Yabba Dabba Doo! Fred Flinstone here reporting live from… well not Bedrock but Chicago! Seems these modern birds at United Airlines have gone and built themselves a fancy new 'Polaris Lounge' at O'Hare Airport. And let me tell ya it's bigger than my house! They say it's for folks flying in those 'long haul business class cabins,' which sounds like a real Wilma style extravagance. But hey if you got the clams spend 'em!

25,000 Square Feet of Sheer Luxury!

This ain't no regular waiting room folks. This Polaris Lounge is 25,000 square feet! That's enough room to park my foot powered car and maybe even Wilma's too if she ever learns to drive! They got seating for 350 passengers. It has six additional bathrooms a second "speakeasy style" bar and 50 seats for sit down dining. Sounds like a real whoopee cushion of comfort eh?

Two Lounges? Sounds Like Double the Trouble… and Double the Fun!

Apparently this Polaris Lounge is so exclusive it's created a 'two tiered lounge system.' So there's the super duper fancy one and then there's the regular ol' United Club. It's like having the Water Buffalo Lodge and… well just a regular rock! But hey I guess it's all about keeping those high roller customers happy. After all a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush especially when that bird is dropping gold nuggets!

Credit Cards and Fancy Tickets? You're In!

These airlines are really rolling out the red… or should I say dinosaur skin carpet! They say you can get into these fancy lounges with 'popular credit cards' or if you fly a whole bunch. Me? I'm sticking with my stone currency and foot power. But if you like modern conveniences and flying faster than a pterodactyl this might be for you!

Even More Lounges! What Will They Think of Next?

And hold on to your dino tails folks because there's more! They're building another fancy lounge in Newark and they're even thinking about one in Denver! It sounds like they had some "tight spots" in the Chicago lounge this past summer. Maybe they need to get Barney Rubble in there to do some crowd control!

Grab and Go? More Like Grab and Yabba Dabba Doo!

To handle all the folks trying to catch their flights United's even opened some 'grab and go lounges' in Denver and Houston. That's great for travelers. Me? I would rather grab a bronto burger and go but hey to each his own!
