AI-ight, America! Trump's Gonna Juice Up the Grid Like He Juices His... Well, You Know!

Somebody Once Told Me the Grid Was Gonna Roll Me...

Hey everybody! It's Donkey reporting live from... well wherever the hay is! Word on the swamp is that the Trump ster is cooking up a plan bigger than Shrek's appetite to keep America ahead in the AI game! Apparently these fancy computers need more juice than a swamp cooler in July. So they're gonna crank up the energy supply. Think of it like feeding Gingy a whole gingerbread factory! But instead of gingerbread it is AI!

Executive Orders? Sounds Like a Fancy Restaurant!

These "executive actions" are supposed to make it easier to hook up power plants to the grid – which is like connecting me to a steady supply of waffles finally! They're also planning on using government land for data centers. Prime real estate! I bet I could get a sweet condo overlooking a swamp there. Gotta watch out for those zoning obstacles though. Remember what happened when I tried to build a mud hut in Duloc? Not pretty!

Data Centers More Like Data Castles!

Speaking of data centers these things are HUGE! We're talking Shrek's swamp times a hundred! And they need a lot of power like enough to make Dragon sweat fire. Apparently this AI boom is causing the biggest spike in energy demand in decades! It is projected that power demand from AI data centers could grow more than thirtyfold by 2035! Thirtyfold! That's almost as many kids as Dragon has!

Streamlining? More Like Donkey lining! (Because I'm Fast!)

Now the process of building these energy plants is slower than Shrek getting ready in the morning. Red tape everywhere! But Trump's team is trying to speed things up by you know cutting through some of that bureaucratic onion. They might even streamline the permitting process! Imagine getting a Clean Water Act permit without all the swampy paperwork. It's like getting a free waffle without having to sing for it!

Stargate? Is That Where They Keep the Talking Horses?

There's also this thing called the Stargate Project a multi billion dollar plan to build even MORE data centers. Trump had a pow wow with all the tech CEOs. All trying to make America number one in AI! I bet they could use a good loyal friend like me in those meetings. I could tell them a thing or two about teamwork. I am not always braying!

So mark your calendars for July 23rd folks! It's gonna be "AI Action Day"! Trump's gonna be yapping about it at an event in Pennsylvania. Maybe he'll even bring a donkey along for the ride.
