Trump's DOGE Days Are Over: Judge Slams Unlawful USIP Takeover!

The DOGE Did What Now?!

Alright people Agent J here reporting live from… well wherever the heck they let me use a computer these days. Turns out while I was busy chasing down Glipnorks in Jersey (don't ask) the Trump administration with a little help from this 'DOGE' crew led by Elon Musk – yeah the guy who wants to live on Mars – tried to pull a fast one on the U.S. Institute of Peace. USIP for those of you playing at home is this independent group that you know tries to keep the peace. Apparently Trump thought that was 'unnecessary'. I thought giant talking cockroaches were unnecessary but here we are.

Executive Order? More Like Executive Disorder!

So this executive order lands calling USIP 'unnecessary,' and DOGE rolls in like they own the place. Replaced the head honcho George Moose with their own folks canned nearly everyone and basically tried to turn USIP into their personal playground. Even took over the HQ with the help of law enforcement. Seriously you'd think they were confiscating illegal alien tech not trying to shut down a peace institute! It's like they forgot what 'independent' means. And trust me I know a thing or two about independence especially when it comes to K messing with my personal space.

But here's where it gets interesting. Judge Beryl Howell a name you should remember wasn't having any of it. She basically told Trump and DOGE 'Hold up you didn't read the fine print!' She declared their whole takeover 'null and void' and ordered Moose and his team back in. Called the DOGE replacements 'illegitimately installed.' Ouch. That's gotta sting more than stepping on a Vognarian slug.

Congress Said What?!

Howell pointed out that Trump was overreaching stating that his removal power doesn't extend outside the Executive Branch. Apparently USIP is meant to support both the President and Congress not be a puppet of the White House. The judge basically said "President Trump's removal of the ten board members here was thus unlawful." It's like trying to use a neuralyzer on someone who's already wearing shades – doesn't work!

Threats of Criminal Process? Seriously?

Get this: Howell even mentioned that Trump used 'threats of criminal process' to take over the USIP headquarters! What? That's like using a De Atomizer on a dandelion! Total overkill. I mean if you're gonna go all out at least use a Noisy Cricket! But even then you gotta be careful. Remember what happened to Mikey? Size matters.

White House Silent? Shocker!

Of course the White House didn't respond to requests for comment. Surprise surprise. Maybe they were busy trying to figure out how to neuralyze Judge Howell. Good luck with that. The moral of the story? Don't mess with independent organizations especially ones dedicated to peace. And definitely don't try to pull a fast one when there's a judge with a gavel and a serious understanding of the Constitution. Agent J signing off.
