Apparently President Trump's tariff situation is gonna hit us right in the '...Baby One More Time' shopping budget by summer! Like seriously they're saying by May or June things are gonna look and I quote 'pretty ugly.' I'm no economist but even I know 'ugly' isn't a good look especially when it comes to my credit card bill!

Toxic Taxes...On Imports!

So here's the deal dolls. These tariffs are like taxes on imports and these U.S. businesses have to pay them. Then they pass some of those costs onto us the consumers! Can you believe it? It's like a never ending 'Circus' of expenses! They're arguing over whether it's a temporary price spike or something long term but either way my personal 'Toxic' level is rising with these prices!

And get this some fancy Yale Budget Lab analysis says we could lose $4,400 in purchasing power! $4,400! That's like enough for a whole wardrobe of stage costumes! What am I gonna do wear rags? The article says the data doesn't really reflect the tariff impact yet but hold on to your wigs because things will change drastically soon! The bright side is there was a drop in oil prices. But do not get your hopes up because prices of food and goods will be on the rise! Not a girl not yet a woman but definitely paying more at the grocery store!

Okay so apparently food is gonna be the first thing to get more expensive. Because like groceries can't just chill in the back forever right? They gotta sell them before they go bad.
