Dattebayo! A Mountain of Money!
Alright listen up! It's me Naruto Uzumaki and I'm here to tell ya about something HUGE! Amazon yeah the place where you can buy ramen in bulk is gonna drop a whopping £40 billion in the UK! That's like enough to buy a lifetime supply of ramen for the entire Hidden Leaf Village… maybe even twice! They're building new warehouses fixing up old ones and apparently even building movie studios! Believe it!
New Warehouses? More Like Hidden Bases!
So these warehouses... they're calling them 'fulfillment centers.' Sounds kinda boring right? I think they should call 'em 'Hidden Bases of Delivery Jutsu!' They're gonna need 'em especially with all the ramen people are gonna be ordering thanks to me spreading the good word! They are creating 2,000 positions at a previously announced fulfillment center in Hull and an additional 2,000 jobs at another site in Northampton dattebayo!
Prime Minister's Hopes: Stronger than Sakura's Punch?
Prime Minister Keir Starmer is super hyped about this saying it’s proof his growth plan is working. He's probably hoping this investment is stronger than Sakura's punch because the UK economy took a bit of a hit recently. But hey with Amazon's help maybe they can pull off a comeback like I did against Neji in the Chunin Exams!
London Calling: Amazon HQ Gets a Super Sized Upgrade!
It's not just warehouses! Amazon is also expanding their headquarters in London meaning more office space for all those important people wearing suits. I wonder if they’ll have ramen breaks? I bet they don't eat as much ramen as I do!
AI and Movies? What's Next Flying Kurama?
Last year Amazon decided to spend £8 billion to build and operate data centers in the U.K. to boost compute capacity for artificial intelligence. They are even messing around with movies redeveloping Bray Film Studios! Next thing you know they'll be filming live action versions of my adventures! I hope I get to play myself!
Tax Jutsu: The Real Enemy?
But hold on a second! Not everyone's doing the Happy Happy Joy Joy Dance. Some tech entrepreneurs are complaining about tax hikes saying the UK isn't friendly enough to new businesses. Sounds like someone's trying to pull a fast one with a Transformation Jutsu... I'll have to keep an eye on that!
