Alright alright alright! Donkey here your friendly neighborhood news reporter! I just heard about this crazy story outta the UK. Apparently Google yeah the one that knows EVERYTHING is being sued for FIVE BILLION POUNDS! That's like a mountain of waffles! Why you ask? Well they're being accused of hogging the online search market like Shrek hogs his swamp... only way less charming. This Or Brook lady she's like a lawyer or something says Google is acting like a total monopoly. She says businesses have no choice but to use Google ads. Sounds like Farquaad running Duloc if you ask me.

They Don't Care About Us!

Apparently all these UK businesses are saying Google's been overcharging them like crazy since 2011! It's like when Rumpelstiltskin tried to trick Shrek into giving up his day of birth! They used Google's search advertising and now they feel like they been bamboozled. Google is saying it's just 'speculative and opportunistic'. Yeah right! Sounds like something a smooth talking wolf in grandma's clothing would say.

Ninety Percent?! That's Like Almost ALL the Pie!

The article says that some British competition watchdog said Google earns 90% of the revenue in the search advertising market! That's more than Shrek eats in a single sitting! They're getting away with murder! It's like Puss in Boots' eyes you can't resist! Apparently Google does all sorts of sneaky stuff like making deals with phone companies to put their search engine on Androids and paying Apple a TON of money to be the default search on Safari. Talk about playing dirty!

Big Tech Got Their Eyes On Me!

This Google business is just the tip of the iceberg. Apparently all these big tech companies like Google Meta and others are getting into trouble all over the place! It's like a fairytale villain convention! They are accused of having way too much power and influence. Reminds me of when Shrek was king for a day pure chaos!

Been There Done That! (Sort Of)

Speaking of trouble the article mentions Google got fined billions of euros a few years back for doing something similar with Android. They were making phone companies pre install Chrome and Search. And get this they're STILL fighting it! That's some serious stubbornness even for me! This Meta company is in trouble too with a lawsuit that could make them sell Instagram and WhatsApp. What is this world coming to?

And to top it all off even Amazon and Microsoft are under investigation for cloud computing issues! Everyone wants a piece of that cloud pie I guess.
