So ADP says private payrolls jumped by 155,000 in March. Now I've seen weirder things happen after a neuralyzer flash so let's not get ahead of ourselves. So the article mentions Trump's tariffs might be making companies think twice about hiring. Look I deal with intergalactic trade deals that make this stuff look like a game of checkers. But if these tariffs are messing with Earth jobs we might have to 'splain it to him MIB style! I'm just saying causing panic in the streets is usually my job not his! I need to know if he knows whats up and if he doesn't then he needs to be sat down in a chair and told what is going on.

Who's Hiring? (Besides Aliens Disguised as Recruiters)

Seems like professional services and finance are booming probably because tax season. Even manufacturing and hospitality are up. But trade transportation and natural resources took a hit. Listen if you're out of a job don't panic. Maybe there's an opening at MiB. We always need someone to clean up after those unregistered arrivals. It's never been a job for me. If I am honest I hate cleaning up things. You would think with future tech it would be easier but no you still have to scrub some things. You don't want to be working for a bunch of bozos when you could be doing so much more for yourself. I like my job but I wouldn't like it if they weren't giving me good pay.

Job Openings: More Than There Are Humans to Fill Them?

The report says there are almost as many open jobs as there are people looking. Two years ago there were way more openings than people. So times are changing. Makes me wonder if all these unfilled positions are because we haven't properly screened for alien imposters. You never know who's really applying for that accounting job. I have seen more aliens on this planet than I could shake a stick at. The worst is when they are disguised as some person who is in power. I swear I saw an alien on one of those political debates.

The BLS report is coming next and they expect similar growth. But these reports often disagree. Probably because one of them is run by aliens. I'm kidding... mostly.
