Somebody Once Told Me Tariffs Were Gonna Roll Me!

Alright alright alright! Donkey here reporting live from... well not live 'cause I can't hold a microphone and type at the same time! But listen up 'cause this is important! Seems like this whole tariff thingamajigger has got everyone's tail in a twist especially those fancy pants retailers. But Home Depot? Nope! They're saying 'Hold the onions!' and sticking to their prices. Now that's what I call a 'Donkey that's great!' moment!

Scale? Partnerships? More like 'Scale tastic'!

This McPhail fella from Home Depot he told CNBC that because they're so big and have such awesome friends (suppliers that is not talking Shrek sized ogres) they can keep prices steady. He said something about productivity and whatnot. Sounds like magic beans to me! But hey if it means we don't have to sell our swamp to buy lumber I'm all ears!

From China to... Everywhere Else!

Apparently Home Depot's been spreading the love when it comes to where they get their stuff. They're not putting all their eggs in one basket especially not a basket that might get squashed by tariffs. By next year no single country (except the good ol' US of A) will make up more than 10% of their purchases. Smart move Home Depot smart move! It's like diversifying your dragon guarded treasures – always a good idea!

Walmart's Whining? Home Depot's Winning!

So Walmart's over there saying they gotta raise prices. Boo hoo! Home Depot's like 'Nah we good.' It's like when Shrek's eating an onion and everyone else is crying. Home Depot's tough see? They're not afraid of a little tariff stink! They're smelling like roses or maybe… fresh cut lumber!

Earnings? More Like 'Learning'!

Okay so they didn't quite hit the mark on earnings this quarter but they did beat sales expectations! It's like missing the donkey but hitting the dragon still great!! And hey spring is their busy season so they're hoping things will pick up faster than I can eat a waffle.

Home Depot's Big Plans From Roofs to Pools!

These guys ain't just sitting around selling hammers. They bought this company called SRS Distribution. Roofing pools landscaping... sounds like a perfect way to build a kingdom! Sales are up thanks to SRS and more people are buying stuff online. Home Depot's even got fancy customers with big houses! But even the big houses are holding back a bit with the economy. But Home Depot's still gonna shine! After all I'll be there to get all the goods!
