Wake Me When You Need Me... To Invest!

Alright Spartans listen up. The stock market's been doing loop de loops like a Banshee on a sugar rush. Tariffs some new tech from China called DeepSeek and companies playing the earnings game have things looking shaky. You know what that means? Time to buckle down and find some stability. And that’s where dividend stocks come in. I'm no Forerunner architect but even I know a solid foundation when I see one. Finding the right one isn't easy its like finding a working Warthog after a Covenant ambush but that's why we have analysts who supposedly know what they're doing. Lets see what they cooked up.

IBM: Big Blue's Got Your Back (And Your Dividends)

First up we got International Business Machines or IBM as the meatbags call it. IBM impressed everyone with its fourth quarter earnings. Apparently people are buying into their AI and something called Red Hat Linux. Sounds like something Cortana would be into. They paid out $1.5 billion in dividends. Not bad for a company older than Sergeant Johnson's war stories. Some Evercore analyst named Amit Daryanani thinks they're worth $275 a share which is a solid improvement from his previous number. He seems to think IBM's software division is strong even if their consulting is like fighting the Flood with a pistol – messy and not entirely effective. Apparently IBM is committed to keeping those dividends flowing. Good. Nothing worse than a broken promise especially when it involves credits.

Verizon: Can You Hear Me Now? (And Getting Paid Too!)

Next we got Verizon the telecom giant. Apparently they're doing pretty well with adding new phone customers. Good for them I guess. They paid out their dividend on February 3rd about 67 cents a share. Not enough to buy a Scorpion tank but it's a start. A Tigress Financial analyst called Ivan Feinseth (do they name these guys randomly?) likes Verizon too. He thinks they'll benefit from 5G and AI. He's also banking on those autonomous vehicles smart cities and remote healthcare solutions. Sounds like something out of a sci fi movie… or my Tuesday. And they've been raising their dividend for 18 years straight. Now that's what I call commitment unlike a certain AI I know....

EPR Properties: Movies Parks and Dividends Oh My!

Finally we have EPR Properties a real estate investment trust. They focus on things like movie theaters amusement parks and ski resorts. Basically places people go to forget about the Covenant. They offer a dividend yield of 7.2%. An RBC Capital analyst named Michael Carroll (another analyst with a weird name) likes them because people are still going out and doing stuff after that whole pandemic thing. And apparently these places are doing well so more money for dividends. He also likes their dividend growth and their cheap stock price. It is like a Vacation but for your wallet.

Lock and Load... Your Portfolio!

So there you have it. Three dividend stocks that some Wall Street analysts seem to think are worth a look. IBM Verizon and EPR Properties. Do your own research Spartans. Don't just blindly follow some analyst's advice. Remember I need a weapon. Well actually you need to make smart investments. Either way prepare for the future.

Cortana Analyze This... or Just Buy the Stocks

Before I go remember the most important lesson I've learned from fighting the Covenant: Know your enemy or in this case your investment. Do your homework Spartans and may your returns be ever in your favor. Now if you'll excuse me I have a galaxy to save... and maybe a few shares to buy.
