BOY! A PENTHOUSE FIT FOR A GOD?

The mortals tremble at market fluctuations their gold vanishing like mist in the Bifrost's flames. But I Kratos see a headline that amuses me. A $110 million 'penthouse' in this 'New York City.' Bah! Does it offer the strength of Hercules or the wisdom of Athena? I doubt it. Yet these mortals untouched by the Dow's plunge still clamor for such trinkets. 'Hmph,' as the boy would say.

UNTOUCHED BY MORTAL FEAR

Nikki Field a broker speaks of 'ultra prime residential real estate' as a 'core asset class.' These words are meaningless to me. What is 'core' when the ground itself can be shattered? These buyers they 'curate world class portfolios.' I curated the heads of gods! Are these portfolios filled with the souls of the damned? I suspect not. It seems their appetite for excess knows no bounds a trait I once shared and paid dearly for.

A TOWER OF… AVERAGE HEIGHT?

This 'Steinway Tower' dares to house such extravagance. Penthouse 80 and 82 combined into a 'quadplex.' Four levels! Five bedrooms! Six bathrooms! Even I after slaying countless beasts only require a simple hearth. They boast of 'private elevator access.' So? I could leap to the top in a single bound! Mortals and their trinkets. They are blind.

THE ARCHITECTURAL POTENTIAL OF... MORE ROOMS?

They speak of 'architectural potential.' Can it withstand the roar of a god? Can it survive the tremors of war? No. It is merely a large space to fill with more possessions. Eleven thousand square feet overlooking a 'Central Park' and 'both rivers.' I have seen landscapes painted with blood and fire far grander than this. "Do not mistake my silence for lack of knowledge." Boy.

EAGER BUYERS OR FOOLS?

Apparently there's 'real momentum' behind this purchase. These 'highly qualified individuals' are eager to throw their coins at this gaudy tower. Jonathan Miller speaks of 'nine figure listings.' Mortals counting their gold while the world teeters on the brink of chaos. Foolish. They do not know what is coming.

BE WARY OF UNCERTAINTY

The market is uncertain? The boy should know about uncertainty. Noble Black suggests that 'tariffs could lead to inflation.' More mortal woes. But some see opportunity. These 'discerning and anxious buyers,' are using this time to move out of financial markets and into real estate. I would buy weapons...but to each their own I suppose...Hmph.
