Hey everybody! It's Donkey here to tell you the REAL news! So you know that Peloton bike you bought thinking you'd be all fit and fabulous like Princess Fiona? Yeah the one that's now got more dust than my fur after a tumble in the Whispering Woods? Well Peloton's got a plan! They're launching a thingamajigger called 'Repowered' to help ya sell that dusty steed! And I'm telling ya about time too!

AI? More Like 'Aaaaaaa mazing!' (Maybe...)

Apparently they've got some fancy pants AI tool that'll tell you how much your old bike is worth. It's like magic only probably less sparkly than my personality. They say it'll base the price on how old it is and all that jazz but remember you still get to decide the price so don't let that AI push you around. After all you paid good money for that thing! That money might as well be used to buy waffles! Mmmmmmm waffles...

Ka Ching! (Kinda...)

Okay here's the deal: you sell your bike you get 70% of the moolah. The rest goes to Peloton and some other company. Sounds kinda fishy right? But hey at least you're getting *some* money back. Plus they're giving sellers discounts on new equipment...as if you need *another* bike collecting dust!

Buyer Beware (But Seriously It's a Good Deal!)

Now for the buyers! You can see the bike's history! Which is good. Nobody wants to buy a bike that's been through more than Shrek's swamp. And the activation fee is cheaper! From $95 to $45! That’s a bargain! You get to buy a used bike AND save money! And I though I was good at bargains wow!

Step Aside Facebook! Donkey's Got the Scoop!

Peloton's basically saying 'Move over Facebook Marketplace!' They wanna make it easier and safer to buy and sell these things. Smart move Peloton smart move! And there's some other company called 'Trade My Stuff' that's probably sweating right now which is totally understandable. Poor guy. It's not easy being green.

For now this 'Repowered' thing is only in New York City Boston and Washington D.C. But don't you worry the rest of you! It's coming to a town near you soon enough. So get your bikes ready for their close up and prepare to say goodbye...unless you actually *use* it in which case good for you! Now if you'll excuse me I hear Shrek's making waffles...and I'm not gonna miss that for anything!
