Listen up champ! Your old pal Rocky here droppin' some knowledge bombs on ya. I saw this thing about Bill Gates yeah the computer guy sayin' that the rich countries like the big shots they gotta get their act together and go net zero. He was talkin' at some fancy shindig in Singapore called Ecosperity. Sounds like a new kind of pasta but it ain't. It's about savin' the world see?

Knockout Punch to Emissions!

Gates says these rich countries gotta do it even if the rest of the world is still huffin' and puffin'. He reckons there's a level of pollution that's okay like a little jab not a knockout punch. So everyone don't gotta go 'absolute zero,' but the big boys gotta show it can be done. Like me showin' Apollo Creed I could go the distance ya know?

Gotta Be Bold Like Balboa!

This net zero thing the United Nations they say it's about cuttin' back on all that carbon stuff like exhaust fumes from my old Mustang 'til there's hardly any left. Then nature she can soak up the rest. Gates is all about innovation gettin' new ideas to fight climate change. But he also said gettin' the whole world to net zero by 2050 might be a stretch. But we still need to try right? 'Cause like I always say 'It ain't about how hard you can hit but how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.'

45% by 2030? That's Like Training for Creed!

The UN wants us to cut emissions by 45% by 2030 to keep things from gettin' too hot like my temper when Paulie's being a pain. That's like training for a fight with Apollo Creed gotta work hard and fast! Gates says we need examples proof it can be done. The problem is gettin' the money the 'risk capital,' to fund these ideas. It's like betting on a long shot but sometimes those long shots pay off big time!

Singapore Slingin' Innovation!

Gates also met the Prime Minister in Singapore this Lawrence Wong fella. Apparently the Gates Foundation is openin' up an office there. Wong says they talked about clean energy and makin' vaccines. Singapore wants to work with Gates to make things better not just there but all over Asia. Like Adrian always said 'Win!'

Keep Punching! Keep Innovating!

Gates even met up with this Lee Hsien Loong guy another big shot in Singapore. They talked about how the Foundation can work with universities and stuff. Singapore wants more companies and people with good ideas to come there and invest. It's like buildin' a team a team to fight the good fight the fight against climate change.
