And the 10 year one? Same deal! It's like they're trying to catch up to my Instant Transmission. Even that 2 year Treasury is trying to power up to 4%. What’s a basis point anyway? So this Moody's bunch they decided the US isn't quite as awesome as they thought. They gave the US a little ki blast knocking its credit rating down a notch. From Aaa – which sounds like a super powerful yell right? – to Aa1. Apparently the US has been borrowing too much like Vegeta raiding the senzu beans and now it's gotta pay interest which is like constantly fighting Frieza – expensive and annoying!

They've had this 'country ceiling rating' of Aaa since back when Grandpa Gohan was just a little sprout! Now they're just like everyone else giving the US their second best rating.
