Well folks it seems my good friend Donald – yes we're practically doubles partners in the game of life – had a chat with Vlad and boy was it a long one! Over an hour can you imagine? That's like playing three tie break sets back to back! Apparently Ukraine gave Russia a bit of a surprise with some aerial acrobatics hitting more than 40 bombers. As someone who appreciates precision and timing I must say that's quite a serve! But Putin's not too happy and he's promising a response. "It was a good conversation but not a conversation that will lead to immediate Peace," Trump said. It is what it is.

Retaliation? That's a Break Point!

Putin bless his heart is not one to let a volley go unanswered. He's vowing retaliation for the attack which is about as surprising as me winning a Grand Slam on hard court. Trump didn't say whether he tried to talk Vlad out of it but let's be honest when someone comes at you with that kind of intensity you just gotta brace yourself and hope for the best. I always say "Live in the moment and find your peace." But I'm not sure if that philosophy is enough to solve geopolitical conflicts.

Nuclear Nervosa: Iran's Clock is Ticking

The conversation also swerved into the high stakes game of nuclear poker with Iran. "Time is running out," Trump apparently said and I couldn't agree more. It is like a match point but for the entire world! The Donald made it clear that Iran can't have the big boom boom and apparently Putin nodded along. Maybe they can team up for this one? Putin even offered to lend a hand. After all "I am not a believer of coincidence." I also stated to President Putin that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon and on this I believe that we were in agreement.

Slow Walking and Time Violations

Trump thinks Iran is dragging their feet and frankly who can blame them? Nuclear decisions are a bit more complicated than choosing between gluten free or regular pasta. But The Donald wants answers and he wants them now! "We will need a definitive answer in a very short period of time!" he said. Sounds like someone's about to get a time violation. It's like when you see your rival across the net. "You have to believe in yourself when no one else does."

Peace in a Day? The Djokovic Dream

Remember when Trump promised to end the Russia Ukraine war in a single day? That's the kind of optimism I can get behind! I always believe everything is possible. I mean hey I've come back from two sets down at Wimbledon so anything is achievable right? But even The Donald hasn't managed to pull off that miracle and both sides are still miles apart. I am always in that process of evolving. So I hope both sides will evolve too.

Zelenskyy in the Crosshairs

And to make things even more interesting the bromance between Washington and Kyiv seems to be on the rocks. Trump and his crew have been throwing some shade at Zelenskyy which is never a good look when you're trying to win friends and influence people. Apparently Putin "has gone absolutely CRAZY!" So it appears everyone is having some sort of emotional turmoil! Folks the game of geopolitics is a wild ride full of twists turns and enough drama to fill Centre Court! I'd better stick to tennis for now. After all "The mind is everything. What you think you become."
