I hear tell that some orange faced buffoon named Trump has caused a right kerfuffle with these 'tariffs,' dampening the enthusiasm for this 'artificial intelligence.' Only a few of these 'Magnificent Seven' stocks—those dabbling in this 'AI'—are showing any fire. Nvidia a name that sounds suspiciously like a second rate Dothraki clan is barely clinging on. But fear not my loyal subjects! I did not rise from the ashes to see innovation stifled by petty squabbles. Where there's a dragon there's fire. And where there's AI there's progress... or so they say.

Google's New Subscription: A Fool's Errand or a Dragon's Hoard?

Google—a name whispered with reverence like a Valyrian steel sword—is launching an 'AI subscription service' for $249.99 a month. Is this a king's ransom for mere trinkets or will it truly unleash the dragons within this technology? They offer something called 'Gemini' with a 'DeepThink' mode and a 'Flow' for filmmaking. Hmph I suppose even dragons need their stories told in this age. Perhaps I'll invest a few Unsullied's wages but I'll keep a watchful eye. A Lannister always pays his debts and so should Google.

And then there's Elon Musk a man with a vision as fiery as Drogon's breath. He dreams of 'robotaxis' roaming the streets. Bold move! But as I learned in Meereen good intentions paved with technological marvels can still lead to a messy outcome. He speaks of 'sufficient voting control' to avoid being ousted by 'activist investors.' Sounds like a power struggle worthy of King's Landing! But let him proceed. A true Khaleesi always encourages innovation even if it leads to a fiery demise. For as I always say 'I will do what queens do. I will rule.'

The markets are flagging they say. But Josh Brown some kind of wise man in this land believes AI will be the catalyst not these absurd tariffs. Perhaps he's right. Maybe this 'AI' can breathe wind into the sails like my dragons did for my fleet. Yet markets like men are fickle. They rally they fall. The only constant is the pursuit of power be it through gold or algorithms. Where are my dragons when I need them?

Ah Japan. A land of ancient traditions just like my beloved Westeros. But even in the East scandals brew. Their farm minister resigned because he admitted to never buying rice receiving it as gifts instead. A minor slight compared to the atrocities I've witnessed but it strikes a nerve nonetheless. In a land struggling with soaring rice prices such arrogance is akin to feasting while the common folk starve. It reminds me of King's Landing where the wealthy gorged themselves while the smallfolk withered. Such folly will not be tolerated!

So what does it all mean this dance of tariffs and technology? Will AI reign supreme or will it be another false dawn? Only time will tell.
