They bought Crunchy Data a company that makes cloud based database software. Word on the street is they paid around $250 million coins! Wahoo!

With Crunchy Data Snowflake is promising early access to a PostgreSQL database service. The idea is to make it super easy to move data into Snowflake so customers can run queries on larger data supplies! It's a like having a Super Star for your data!
