And believe me the stakes are high! As Tom Stringer from Grassi Advisors said they're busier than ever. I bet they wish they had my stamina!

These tariffs they're like a tricky free kick situation. They can either go in the top corner or end up in the stands. CNBC's study – now in its 19th year. They’re checking everything: Economy Infrastructure Workforce… It’s like scouting me before a big match leaving no stone unturned. They’re analyzing each state’s pitch to determine the weight of each category. The more states talk about something the more important it is. Smart very smart. Reminds me of how I analyze my opponents before destroying them…I mean defeating them. Siiiii!

Economy is the MVP that's 445 points baby!. Because you need a strong economy like I need a strong core to score those amazing goals. Job growth credit ratings real estate health all of it matters. And then there's infrastructure. Good roads reliable power strong broadband – that's the foundation of any successful state. It's like having a world class training facility; you can't win without it.

Quality of Life: Happy Workers Happy State… Happy Ronaldo!

Let's not forget about the workers! You need a strong workforce. Skilled workers great worker training programs…and let's make sure the workers are happy. No one wants to live in a place that's miserable. Companies follow the path of least resistance. That includes a legal and regulatory framework that does not overburden business. I consider it a must to have a decent Quality of Life: low crime rates good healthcare childcare and no discrimination! Remember a happy worker is a productive worker just like a well rested Ronaldo is a goal scoring Ronaldo. Siiiii!
