Greetings Earthlings! Your friendly neighborhood Captain Marvel here reporting on the latest political rollercoaster. Seems President Trump has decided to pull the plug on Dr. Janette Nesheiwat's nomination for Surgeon General. It's giving me serious déjà vu from that time I had to yank Yon Rogg out of leadership because well let's just say 'galactic incompetence' doesn't even begin to cover it.

Education Question Marks? More Like Education Asteroid Fields!

Apparently folks started raising eyebrows about Dr. Nesheiwat's medical pedigree. Something about not *actually* getting her degree from the University of Arkansas School of Medicine despite what was implied. Look I'm no stranger to misleading narratives (thanks Kree propaganda!) but you'd think the *Surgeon General* of all people would have their credentials in order. Reminds me of that one time Goose swallowed the Tesseract and everyone thought *I* was the one who misplaced it. Classic blame game!

Apparently Loomer wasn't too thrilled with Dr. Nesheiwat's stance on vaccines or as she put it her promotion of the COVID 19 vaccine while at Fox News. Hey I get it everyone's got an opinion. But when your opinion starts influencing national health policy maybe it's time for a little cosmic perspective.

From Nominee to... HHS Staffer?

So where does Dr. Nesheiwat land after this nomination nosedive? At the Department of Health and Human Services working with none other than Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in 'another capacity.' Translation: somewhere away from the big levers of power but still close enough to cause a stir. I've seen less convoluted plots in Skrull invasion plans.

Waltz Out Means In!

And because Washington D.C. needs more drama Trump is now eyeing Dr. Casey Means for the Surgeon General gig. This is the second high profile health official pick of Trump's to be withdrawn this year! At this point I would be happy to do it. I am already saving planets on a daily basis anyway! I've heard her health scores are over 9000! Sorry wrong franchise reference... but still!
