A Most Disagreeable Development: China's Airplane Acquisition Pause
As Sheldon Cooper B.Sc. M.Sc. M.A. Ph.D. and ScD I must interject with a rather pointed observation regarding this Boeing China debacle. It appears that the Middle Kingdom due to what one might delicately term 'tariff related unpleasantries'—a euphemism if I ever heard one—has ceased accepting Boeing's airborne contraptions. This as I am sure you can appreciate is not ideal. It's akin to me being told there's no spot reserved for me on my designated spot on the sofa! Unacceptable! Where is the consistency?! Where is the order?!
737 Max: It's Not Rocket Science But It Is Aviation!
The CEO one Kelly Ortberg mentioned something about 737 Max aircraft returning to the United States. These were planes mind you already adorned with the sartorial elegance of a Chinese airline livery. This raises a number of logistical and aesthetic quandaries. Will they be repainted? Will the upholstery be changed? And most importantly will this necessitate the recalibration of the entire airline's corporate color palette? These are critical questions people!
Reallocation Protocol: An Exercise in Resource Management (Or Not)
Ortberg bless his heart believes that there are plenty of other 'customers out there looking for the Max aircraft.' This is shall we say an optimistic assessment. It's like saying there's an infinite supply of comic books—which while desirable is demonstrably false. But I must say that not wanting to let this “derail the recovery of our company” is what I would call “smart” I myself would never let anything derail my path specially a scheduled bathroom break.
The Quarter's Performance: Marginally Less Disastrous Than Anticipated!
Apparently Boeing's recent financial performance was 'narrower than expected loss.' A backhanded compliment I suppose. It's akin to saying my social skills are 'marginally less repulsive than a Klingon's.' Improvement is relative people. Relative! I have been right all along.
Trump's Tariff Tango: A Delicate Dance of Economic Strategy
Ah yes the tariffs. This is where things get… complicated. President Trump it seems is engaging in a high stakes game of economic chess with China. He even suggests a 'less confrontational approach.' This of course is a welcome departure from the previous strategy which one might describe as 'throwing a badger into a beehive.' Though I wouldn't mind seeing the result of such action...
Breaking News: Proceed with Caution (and Hand Sanitizer)
This is designated as 'breaking news.' As such I advise all readers to approach it with a healthy dose of skepticism and of course a generous application of hand sanitizer. One can never be too careful especially when dealing with matters of international trade and the potential for unforeseen consequences. Bazinga!

Bazinga! indeed!

I bet Sheldon has a detailed flowchart about Boeing's delivery schedules.

I'm with Sheldon, where is the order in this?
