Shades On World On

Okay Swifties gather 'round. You know I love a good surprise and this one's a banger! Meta's not just shaking it off they're shaking up the entire fashion tech world. Apparently those glasses I've been subtly sporting (a girl never reveals all her secrets right?) have been turning heads. Now Meta's teaming up with Oakley and Prada for even *more* smart glasses. It's like are we living in a music video now? Because it certainly feels like it.

From Ray Ban to Runway

Remember when I said 'haters gonna hate'? Well they probably hated on the *idea* of smart glasses at first. But guess what? The Ray Ban Meta glasses were a smash hit. I mean who *wouldn't* want to look stylish while also having AI whisper sweet nothings (or you know directions) in their ear? It's the 2020s darling! And now adding Prada to the mix? Meta is really making wearable tech something straight out of *Miss Americana*.

Oakley: Ready for Your Close Up!

Word on the street (or you know CNBC) is that Oakley's getting in on the action and they're targeting athletes. Which honestly is genius. Can you imagine recording your epic tennis match or that gnarly ski run all hands free? It's like 'Look what you made me do' but in action cam format. And with Oakley's weather resistant designs these glasses are built to *last* unlike some of my previous relationships. (Too soon?)

Prada: Devil Wears Tech

Prada? Oh honey this is where things get *really* interesting. A high end partnership that will provide a chic vessel that will fit all the smart features perfectly. Let's be real Prada's already iconic. Adding smart tech is just next level. My former pals at Meta says the the frame's thicker temples are a perfect fit for all the components of the smart glasses like the microphones and chips. I think this is going to be *gorgeous*. Like a red lip classic thing that you want to put on and use every day.

The Future is Bright (and Clear)

EssilorLuxottica's CEO said they've sold *two million* pairs of the Ray Ban Meta glasses since 2023. Two *million*! So you know I don't think I am the problem its them when they say they don't see the vision. They aim to boost annual production to 10 million by 2026?! Looks like it is written in the stars: This is going to be huge. And with competition heating up (Google and Warby Parker I see you!) Meta's got to stay ahead of the game. Which knowing them they probably will. And of course some other company named Snap is also doing something but like who cares?

Stay Tuned...and Stay Stylish

So there you have it Swifties. Meta's about to drop a whole new album...of smart glasses. Keep your eyes peeled (and protected from the sun obvi) for more updates. And remember whether you're a die hard athlete a fashion icon or just someone who wants to feel like they're living in a Taylor Swift music video there's a pair of smart glasses out there for you. 'Cause darling I’m a nightmare dressed like a daydream.'
