It's a me Mario! And let me tell you the Mushroom Kingdom is buzzing! Fiserv like a giant Koopa Troopa is stomping its way into the stablecoin market with something they call FIUSD. It's a U.S. dollar pegged stablecoin and they’re hoping to get like a million banks and merchants into the crypto world by the end of the year! That's a one big jump even for me! Wahoo!

Fiserv already handles 90 billion transactions a year! 90 BILLION! It's a more coins than I've ever seen and I’ve been rescuing princesses for a long time. They're plugging this FIUSD right into their network so banks and merchants can use it without having to you know change everything. No need to break all the blocks to get to the princess capiche?

Circle Gets a Star! Pow!

They're starting with stablecoin tech from Paxos and Circle. Circle the folks behind USD Coin are doing so well they hit IPO. Circle stock jumped higher than my jump in Super Mario Odyssey! Heath Tarbert from Circle said they’re gonna make money move like sending an email. Sounds a faster than a Warp Pipe!

Fiserv wants to make it super easy for banks and merchants to use stablecoins. They want to change how we send money and settle transactions. It will be like collecting coins in Super Mario 64! They're even making it work with Solana a blockchain that’s faster than a Starman boost! Whee!

They even want to make FIUSD work with other stablecoins and help banks move money under the rules. Sunil Sachdev from Fiserv said they built FIUSD for banks not those crazy crypto startups. They're adding fraud protection and all that stuff to keep things safe just like how I protect Princess Peach from Bowser!
