Credits are Getting Harder to Come By

I have spoken. And what I have to say ain't pretty. This whole galaxy's gettin' tighter than a Jawa in a sandstorm. Heard some chatter 'round the cantina about this AlixPartners survey. Seems like this here 'trade war' thing—courtesy of some fella called 'Trump'—is messin' with everyone's credits. Online shopping? Slipping faster than a greased up Hutt. And that's saying something.

The Numbers Don't Lie: This Isn't the Way

These numbers... they're harsh. Office supplies sporting goods cosmetics... all taking a nosedive faster than my Razor Crest when I forget to check the hyperdrive. Even furniture and those big glowy rectangles folks stare at all day are down. Grocery's still kicking but how long before they start charging extra for blue milk? This Considine fella from AlixPartners says it's the first big drop in online shopping in over a decade. Sounds like a Krayt Dragon sized problem to me.

Tariffs: The New Bounty on Your Wallet

These tariffs... they're like a bounty hunter on your wallet. Thirty four percent of folks are holding off on buying stuff because they don't know if the price is gonna jump higher than a Sarlacc pit. And two thirds of 'em are saying they'll buy from closer to home if the prices go up even a measly 10%. This ain't about loyalty; it's about survival. It's the Mandalorian way.

Buy American? This is the Way?

Seems some folks are keen on this 'Buy American' thing. Twenty percent they say. Well good for them. Me? I buy whatever gets the job done. Beskar's Beskar no matter where it's forged. But I get it. People want to keep their credits close. Maybe we should all go back to bartering. A good blaster rifle for a week's worth of rations... I'd take that deal.

Returns and Last Mile Delivery? More Like Last Credit Drain

Returns are going up? Figures. And delivery costs? Skyrocketing like a souped up speeder. Retailers are tightening their belts faster than I tighten my helmet before a firefight. They're pushing in store pickups and returns. Free shipping and next day delivery? Those days are fading faster than a hologram in a sandstorm. Almost half of 'em are jacking up the minimum for free shipping or making you pay for a membership. This is not the way to keep customers happy but I understand. The Empire...err the economy is squeezing them hard.

Cut Costs or Improve Service? Tough Choice Mando

These e commerce bigwigs are saying cutting those last mile delivery costs is more important than making things better for the customers. Tough choice. You gotta survive to fight another day. But remember treat your customers right and they'll keep coming back. Unless of course they're Imperials. Then blast 'em.
