A Purr plexing Predicament!

Madre de Dios! Your favorite swashbuckling gato Puss in Boots here with news so scandalous it nearly made me spill my leche! The Department of Justice that grand hall of justice… or perhaps injustice has been shaken! They've given the boot so to speak to one Peter Carr a former mouth… I mean spokesman for those special counsels who were poking around in President Trump's affairs. Ay chihuahua! It seems the political winds are changing faster than I can sheathe my sword!

From Mueller's Maze to Smith's Snares

This Carr hombre he was no ordinary gato. He danced with the big boys the likes of Robert Mueller and Jack Smith! Remember Mueller? He was sniffing around the 2016 election like a bloodhound. And Smith? He was the one who threw the book at Trump faster than I can devour a plate of churros charging him with everything but singing off key (which admittedly might be a crime in some kingdoms). Carr he was right there in the thick of it spinning tales to the press. Oh the intrigue!

But here's the spicy salsa! This Carr got the pink slip from none other than Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche. And who is this Blanche you ask? Well he used to defend Trump! Yes the very same Trump! It's a cat eat cat world eh? Blanche with a flick of his wrist sent Carr packing leaving him to write a farewell email titled rather dramatically "My last email to you." Ouch! That stings worse than a cactus in my boot!

The Great Purge at Justice

Now this firing wasn't exactly a bolt from the blue. Apparently the DOJ has been cleaning house sending several prosecutors who worked on Smith's investigation to find other pastures. Seems like someone is trying to rewrite history one memo at a time. It's like they're trying to erase Trump's troubles faster than Donkey can eat a waffle. And that my friends is saying something!

Deja Vu All Over Again!

And just when you thought the story couldn't get any loopier remember that Trump got re elected after those pesky cases were dismissed. Seems like history repeats itself more often than I reuse my charming looks. The DOJ's policy of not prosecuting sitting presidents saved him faster than I can say "Fear me if you dare!" All of this leaves one pondering... What will be the next act? Only time will tell amigos.
