Hmph it seems this 'Elon Musk,' a man known more for his electric steeds than his political prowess has concluded his service to the… *ahem*… 'Department of Government Efficiency,' or as they so creatively call it 'DOGE.' Four moons he spent trying to tame the bureaucratic dragon and now he departs. Donald Trump the man who styles his hair as though a golden retriever exploded calls Musk 'terrific.' One might say perhaps *too* terrific to survive the Game of Thrones that is Washington.

Dracarys... to Bureaucracy (Or Not?)

Musk claims he's a 'strong Trump ally' but dares to disagree with the… *ahem*… administration’s policies. 'I don't want to speak up but I also don't want to take responsibility.' The man is clearly trying to ride two dragons at once! Perhaps he should have consulted me; I am after all the Mother of Dragons not the Mother of Walking on Eggshells! This 'DOGE' supposedly slashed tens of thousands of jobs. A bold move but as I learned when roasting the Khals fire can be a fickle friend.

'DOGE' Days Are Numbered?

Ah 'DOGE,' the whipping boy! Musk himself admits this. 'If there was some cut real or imagined everyone would blame DOGE.' Sounds about right. When you promise to drain the swamp you're bound to stir up a few creatures. And a few angry tweets no doubt.

Taxes and Tribulations: A Bill Fit for a Dragon's Hoard?

This 'spending package' displeases even the electric chariot enthusiast. He calls it 'massive' and says it 'undermines the work that the DOGE team is doing.' It seems this spending bill is as popular as Joffrey at a birthday party. One can see the disappointment I understand it perfectly since I could not save my King's Landing from burning to ashes.

The Wheel Continues to Turn... Whether Musk Likes It Or Not

Despite Musk's grumbling Trump's… *ahem*… officials intend to press on with his initiatives. A certain Russell Vought promises to use 'executive tools' to keep cutting. So the wheel continues to turn crushing those beneath it as usual. Valar Dohaeris. All men must serve even those who build rockets I suppose.

Apparently angering enough people has consequences. Musk's political dabbling has not helped his image and his precious Teslas have become targets for arsonists. A shame really. Though I suppose if I were to torch a vehicle it would be a Lannister carriage not an electric buggy. But each to their own I suppose. What is dead may never die. Especially if it is on fire.
