I Have Spoken: No More Lone Wolves
I'm a Mandalorian. Bounty hunting is a complicated profession. But I've learned a thing or two about working with others even if most of the time it's just me and the kid. This Robert Walters guy from AT&T he's got it figured out. He says trying to be the absolute BEST isn't the way. It's about getting in the top pack. Makes sense. One Mandalorian can take down a few stormtroopers but a whole clan? That's a different story. And less likely to end with you frozen in carbonite.
Patience and Time: The Mandalorian Way
Walters learned the hard way. Early on he was all about being the best. But then he realized he wasn't helping his team improve. Sounds familiar. Remember when I was so focused on the Creed I almost lost sight of what was important? Like protecting Grogu. He admits he had less patience for those who weren't 'top performers.' That's like saying you only trust the jetpack and not your Amban phase pulse blaster. Every tool has its purpose.
This is the Team: Rowing in the Same Direction
He changed his tune and guess what? The team did better. Surprise surprise. Walters says it's about 'rowing in the same direction.' It's like when Kuiil taught me to fix the Razor Crest. I couldn't do it alone. I needed his Ugnaught know how. 'I have spoken,' he would say. And he was right. Teamwork makes the dream work. Even if your dream involves tracking down bounties across the galaxy.
No Winning Only Momentum
Some guru named Simon Sinek agrees. He says don't sweat the awards. Focus on 'momentum.' Like the momentum of the Razor Crest when I’m trying to outrun a TIE fighter. 'There's no such thing as winning,' he claims. Which is probably true. I mean I've captured plenty of bounties but there's always another one lurking around the corner. The galaxy never sleeps and neither does the work.
Stacking Credits Stacking Days
Walters is all about 'stacking days.' Small improvements every day add up. Think of it like beskar. One little piece is strong but a full suit? Invincible. He says in ten years you'll look back and be amazed at how far you've come. Hopefully I'll be looking back at a galaxy free from Imperial scum and a fully trained Jedi Grogu. But one step at a time.
Find Your Way: A New Career Awaits
So if you're tired of your gig maybe it's time for a change. This CNBC course might help. They say it'll teach you how to 'network successfully' and 'revamp your resume.' Sounds like bounty hunting for a new career. Use that code 'EARLYBIRD' for a discount. Might as well. Every credit counts. This is the way to a better you Vod. This is the way.
