I've seen spice mines on Kessel that look more stable than these latest economic forecasts. The IMF or as I like to call them the Imperial Monetary Farce has downgraded growth projections for Asia. Seems like 'high policy uncertainty' is the new sarlacc pit for economies. This is not the way not at all.

China's GDP? I Have Spoken.

China's growth target set at 'around 5%' for 2025 but the IMF slashed it to 4%. The same situation applies to India. They think they can project 6.5% growth but the IMF says 'I have spoken,' and cut it to 6.2%. Sounds like someone needs to hire Kuiil to reprogram these projections. Much better than any droid I have seen.

Tariffs: A Major Negative Shock

Apparently these trade tensions are causing more problems than a malfunctioning hyperdrive. The IMF says tariffs are a 'major negative shock.' Tell me something I don't know. This is worse than when I accidentally activated the self destruct sequence on my ship. At least that was quick.

Trump's Tariffs: More Chaotic Than a Jawa Scrapyard

This Trump character is slapping tariffs on everything like he's trying to single handedly fund a new Death Star. 245% on some items from China! 125% duties on U.S. imports! It's a bigger mess than when I tried to rewire IG 11 myself. I should have just hired a Ugnaught.

Japan and India: Trying to Play Nice?

Japan and India are trying to be all diplomatic. Japan sends a trade delegation comes back with nothing. India's meeting with Vice President Vance sounds more promising but those readouts can be more misleading than a hologram from a Rodian informant. Still no trade deal still no Beskar!

Will Beskar Prices Plummet?

All this economic doom and gloom has me worried. If these economies tank what's going to happen to the price of Beskar? I might have to start taking bounties in credits again. And nobody wants that. This is the way but not the way I like it.
