Hey everyone it's Goku! I just heard some news that's got me angrier than when Frieza destroyed Krillin! Another kid in West Texas...gone because of measles. Can you believe it?! This kid wasn't vaccinated and now they're up there with King Kai. This is worse than when I thought Gohan couldn't handle Cell! We need to do something!

This measles outbreak is spreading faster than I can fly on Nimbus! It started in Texas but now it's popping up in New Mexico Oklahoma Kansas even Mexico! They're saying nearly 570 people are sick! That's like a whole tournament worth of fighters down for the count! And the cases in Texas? They jumped by 81 in just one week! It's over 9000!!!!
