Kamehame NO to Apple's Plea!

Hey everyone it's Goku! I just heard about this crazy fight in court. Not the kind with punches and ki blasts sadly but still pretty intense! Apparently Apple was hoping the judges would use some Senzu Beans to heal their App Store problems with Epic Games but NOPE! The U.S. Court of Appeals gave them a big ol' 'not this time!' They asked for an emergency stop to the changes from their fight with Epic Games but the judges were like 'Sorry Apple your power level ain't high enough to convince us!'

Apple's Commission: Going Once Going Twice Gone!

So what's the big deal? Well Apple used to charge a commission for payments made inside apps. Think of it like King Kai charging for lessons except everyone HAS to pay! But Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers said Apple can't do that anymore and they can't even tell developers how those payment links should look! Apple's worried this will cost them a lot of zeni but I say maybe they should train harder and find new ways to earn it! Like maybe start selling Senzu Beans could be a great new income stream!

Developers Unleash Their Final Form!

Now developers like Amazon and Spotify are going Super Saiyan! They're updating their apps so folks can pay directly on their websites bypassing Apple's 15% to 30% commission! Can you imagine? That's like getting a free batch of training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber! Amazon's even got a big orange 'Get Book' button. Wonder if it leads to a story about super strong fighters! I'm gonna go check it out!

Tim Cook's Rage Mode!

Apple's CEO Tim Cook is not happy! He's planning to appeal which is like me going back for a rematch after losing to Beerus the first time! Gotta keep trying right? Apple says they want to make sure the App Store is still a great place for developers and safe for users. But Epic Games' CEO Tim Sweeney is celebrating like he just won the World Martial Arts Tournament! He says 'The long national nightmare of the Apple tax is ended!' Sounds pretty dramatic even for me!

Misleading the Court? That's Frieza Level!

Things got even spicier when the judge said Apple misled the court! That's lower than dirt. That is like Frieza telling you that he wants to fight you fairly then blowing up the planet. Come on Apple! You need to train harder in honesty or you will always come second place.

What Does This Mean For Apple?

So what does all this mean? Well it looks like Apple's gonna have to change things up! Maybe they'll find a new way to become the strongest or maybe they'll realize it's more fun to have some good competition. Either way I'll be watching! And probably training... just in case! Gotta be ready for anything especially if it involves a good fight! Ka me ha me HAAAAAAA!
