A 'Good' Conversation? I Highly Doubt It.
As a theoretical physicist I understand the complexities of the universe. However even string theory seems less convoluted than the recent phone call between former President Trump and Vladimir Putin. Apparently they discussed Ukraine's...let's call it 'spirited' attack on Russian airfields. Forty bombers you say? That's a significant number even by Russian standards. As I always say 'Everything is complicated if you let it be.' And this? Oh this is exceptionally complicated.
Putin's Retaliation: A Sheldon Cooper Prediction
President Putin 'very strongly' vowed retaliation. Shocking! It's as if the universe operates on a principle of action and reaction mirroring Newton's Third Law. I Sheldon Cooper predict – with a 78% confidence interval – that this retaliation will not involve theoretical physics. Sadly my expertise will not be needed. Though perhaps if they used advanced quantum entanglement to confuse their enemies... now *that* would be interesting. Bazinga!
Iran's Nuclear Ambitions: Time is Running Out (or is it?)
Ah Iran and the ticking clock of nuclear weapon development. Trump claims he and Putin agree that Iran cannot possess such weapons. Fascinating. It’s like two alpha males agreeing on the optimal way to fold fitted sheets – theoretically sound practically improbable. Trump believes Iran is 'slowwalking' their decision. Clearly they haven't optimized their decision making process. If they only consulted my expertise they could streamline the acquisition process. Of course I'd advise against building them in the first place. But hypothetically...
Putin: The Unexpected Mediator? (Doubtful)
Putin offered to 'participate in the discussions with Iran' and perhaps bring things to a 'rapid conclusion.' This is akin to inviting Godzilla to mediate a dispute between two hamsters. The potential for unintended consequences is...significant. As I have often stated 'I'm not insane my mother had me tested'. But maybe everyone around me is? It's the only logical explanation!
Trump's Failed Peace Promises: A Lesson in Reality
Trump in his pre presidential hubris promised to end the Russia Ukraine war in a day. A day! As if international diplomacy is as simple as rearranging my comic book collection. His attempts have failed proving once again that reality rarely aligns with the simplified narratives of political campaigns. This reminds me of when I tried to build a functional time machine. Theoretically possible practically a disaster. Bazinga... again.
From Friend to 'CRAZY!': The Evolution of Trump's Putin Assessment
Trump now claims Putin has gone 'absolutely CRAZY!' A rather unscientific assessment I must say. While I lack a formal degree in psychology I can surmise that whatever has occurred to shift Trump's perception is significant. This shift makes sense to a certain degree especially to me. As I previously stated I believe I may not be the crazy one but instead everyone around me is. I call coitus!
