Charlize Theron Chooses the Solo Life: A Puss in Boots Investigation!

The Damsel...I Mean Actress in No Distress!

Madre de Dios! It has come to my attention through the magic of the internet (almost as impressive as my swordsmanship almost) that the magnificent Charlize Theron has decided to embrace the single life! She like yours truly is choosing her own destiny. No prince charming no Third Eye Blind (whatever that is) just her her children and presumably a whole lot of catnip I mean organic cat food. Yes yes very healthy and responsible.

No More Walking on Eggshells (Unless They're Fabergé!)

Apparently Ms. Theron found herself shall we say *uninspired* by past romantic dalliances. She spoke of narcissists and ego stroking! Caramba! As a feline who appreciates a good head scratch I understand the need for admiration but this sounds exhausting! She says she was 'walking on eggshells trying to protect ego'. I Puss in Boots only walk on eggshells when planning a surprise omelet! It seems she prefers the company of her children to the drama of…less charming individuals.

Relationship Experts! Are They as Wise as a Feline?

Now these 'relationship experts' are chiming in. One a Sara Nasserzadeh calls it 'choosing alignment.' Alignment! I align my whiskers every morning for maximum handsomeness. It seems she means Ms. Theron is choosing a life that fits her true self. Another expert Amy Morin says some women simply have full lives! They don't *need* a romantic partner! Imagine! A life without needing someone else…almost as liberating as the first time I stole milk from a giant! These women are strong not weak these experts say. And Puss agrees!

A Past Best Forgotten?

Theron also spoke about her family's 'tumultuous relationship' and the alcoholism that ran on both sides. She does not want to repeat what she saw at home she said. I too have a past best forgotten filled with spilled milk (literally and figuratively!) but I use it to make myself a better gato. It seems Ms. Theron is doing the same.

Single and Slaying! (Like a Dragon But With More Grace!)

So there you have it. Charlize Theron is choosing herself! She is a woman of the world independent and fierce. She is a role model for all who dare to defy expectations. Perhaps one day she'll even join me on an adventure! We could fight giants rescue princesses and…well maybe not rescue princesses. I hear they can handle themselves these days. This new is a call for all women: Do not be afraid to be single to be independent and to decide on your own destiny.

Hold on what is this? A course on buying a house? Perhaps I should take it! A charming kitty such as myself deserves a magnificent casa. And a mortgage? Sounds almost as thrilling as a sword fight!
