Well well well what have we here? Seems someone's been playing a bit too loose with the Twitter fingers. Word is ABC News has given Terry Moran his marching orders. Apparently calling President Trump and his advisor Stephen Miller 'world class haters' didn't sit too well with the suits. Honestly I've faced down more dangerous villains with better manners than some of these politicians. But hey what do I know? I just save the world on a regular basis.

A Clear Violation...Or a Truth Bomb?

ABC News claims Moran's post was a 'clear violation' of their objectivity policy. Objectivity darling? In this day and age? That's almost as rare as a villain who explains his entire plan before attempting world domination. Seems everyone's got an agenda these days even those who report the news. I've always preferred a Walther PPK to a soapbox myself.

After 28 years Moran's out. A settlement paid to Trump just seven months earlier can't have helped. The network agreed to pay $15 million in legal settlement with Trump over allegedly defamatory comments made about him by ABC anchor George Stephanopoulos. One wonders if there might be a connection? Money does talk you know. It's a language even Blofeld understands...eventually.

The Man with the Golden Keyboard

Moran's post on X (formerly known as Twitter) was quite something. He wrote that what was interesting about the advisor was not his "brains" but his "bile." Moran wrote that "Miller is a man who is richly endowed with the capacity for hatred. He's a world class hater." The journalist also had written "Trump is a world class hater." Bold words indeed. Makes you think twice about what you post after a couple of martinis doesn't it? Of course I never tweet under the influence. I'm too busy saving the world!

Miller fired back calling out the 'privileged anchor and reporters' as 'radicals adopting a journalist's pose.' Ouch. Looks like someone's ego got bruised worse than a Bond villain's ego when I foil their plans... again. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt called the post 'unhinged and unacceptable'. The Vice President JD Vance joined the party and said that Moran's post was "dripping with hatred." One has to wonder: Was it the martini or the message that caused the storm? My money's on both!

So another career bites the dust thanks to the perils of social media. Serves as a reminder: Sometimes it's best to keep your opinions to yourself especially when you're in the public eye.
