Family Code and Chrome
Alright family. Dom here. Heard about this new AI thing Claude 4 from Anthropic. They say it's the 'best coding model in the world.' Best? Sounds like a challenge. Reminds me of the time Brian thought his Supra was the fastest. We all know how that ended right? Turns out family is always faster... unless this AI can beat Letty behind the wheel.
Thousands of Data Sources
This Claude 4 can analyze thousands of data sources. Thousands! I analyze people's hearts and souls. That's worth more than any algorithm. They say it can 'write human quality content.' Human quality? Can it write a eulogy for someone we lost? Can it write a letter to a son about the importance of family? Doubt it. Let's see if it can drive first.
Going Off the Rails?
Jared Kaplan Anthropic's science guy says there's a risk the model might 'go off the rails.' Sounds familiar. We've all been there right? A little NOS a tight corner and suddenly you're airborne. But we always land on our feet because we got family. This AI needs to learn that the hard way.
Seven Hours of Work
They claim Claude Opus 4 can work autonomously for seven hours. Seven hours? I can drive for 24 straight if I have to fueled by nothing but passion adrenaline and the thought of protecting my family. But let's see if this Claude can handle the pressure of a real high stakes race. Can it handle the heat?
Thinking Partner or Real Partner?
Mike Krieger their product dude says it's crossed a threshold where it can write better than him. Unrecognizable from his writing he says. If I ever get to the point where a machine writes better than me then something is truly wrong with this world. My words come from the heart not some silicon chip. Can this AI even understand the roar of an engine?
The AI Arms Race
Two billion in revenue. Wall Street pouring money into AI. Sounds like another arms race. Another power grab. But remember family is what matters. All the money in the world can't buy you loyalty respect or the feeling of having your brother's back. So let them build their AI. We'll stick to what we know best: driving fast and protecting our own. Because at the end of the day it's not about the machine it's about who's behind the wheel.
