And like those dragons Tesla has faced its own fires its own trials. But winter is coming... or rather *was* here and now we see signs of spring!

The wise men of Wedbush Securities – not quite Maesters of the Citadel but knowledgeable nonetheless – have foreseen a fiery rebirth for Tesla. They say the company's shares can 'burn' their way to a 46.6% increase a target worthy of a Targaryen conquest! A price target of $500? It is known. They believe the key lies in the 'golden age of autonomous driving' set to begin in Austin next month. This is no longer a dream but a reality on the horizon as real as my dragons flying over King's Landing.

Elon My (Temporary) Hand of the King?

Earlier this year dark clouds gathered around Tesla. The small council – I mean the investors – were troubled by Elon Musk's dalliance with political ventures (Trump's government initiative). It seemed he was trying to build a new Iron Throne but fear not! He has returned to his rightful place at the helm of Tesla focusing on the innovations that matter. He is no Hand of the King but perhaps a Master of Coin for the new age... for now!

The soothsayers – or rather analysts – at Wedbush whisper of an artificial intelligence revolution and Tesla is poised to lead the charge. They estimate the AI and autonomous vehicle opportunity is worth at least $1 trillion. One trillion! Enough to buy all the Unsullied and still have enough left to rebuild the Great Pyramid of Meereen brick by digital brick!

In the next 12 to 18 months these financial knights predict Tesla’s value could soar near $2 trillion. Two trillion! Enough to make even Cersei Lannister envious. It seems that the success of Tesla's autonomous vision is the key to unlock this potential. They say Tesla could be a 'pure play' on AI for the next decade. Very exciting yes?
